There are two parking lots near the trailhead of Cathedral Rock which are located off of Back'O'Beyond Road. However, from Thursday through Sunday, parking is prohibited at these lots, and the trailhead is only accessible via the Sedona Shuttle service. Apart from the shuttle service, hikers can also access the Cathedral Rock trail from the Baldwin and Templeton trails.

Cathedral Rock via Baldwin Trail
This trail starts out as anticlimactic if I’m being honest. After some switchbacks and getting down into the creek beds it began to unfold to be the most beautiful and peaceful trail. It once you get to the creek you can dip your feet in and cool off especially in the heat. Definitely one that’s worth hiking.

The part up and down the cathedral rock is a bit crowded but 90-95% of the rest is not. Great trail.
Whole trail is great but the views from Cathedral are awesome. Trail does some areas with traffic noise and Cathedral Rock is very popular, but still so worth it!
