Wonderful trail off the backside of riverside state park. Many intersecting trails that allow you to choose your own adventure including connecting in to the centennial trail and/or river access. Some portions are marked as military land but can be avoided. Many paths are biking paths as well.

We started out at Carlson Trailhead in 9 mile, the trails were easy to follow for the most part, near the Wilber Trailhead not so much. I was told that the true trail 25 there in Riverside State Park is 25 miles. I'll be doing that one next but leave my poor dog at home. lol

Rained hard early in the day. The trail system in Riverside State Park had some large puddles. Not too muddy though. A nice easy stroll.

Love this trail! It starts with the spectacular foot bridge across the river and then continues along the riverside with wildflowers and beautiful pine trees everywhere . My only advice would be skip the paved centennial trail and just go back along the same riverside path (trail 25.)

Need the Discover Pass to park at trailheads. Walking bridge is a nice extra to the picnic tables and riverside views.
