Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings 6 cups chopped fresh rhubarb 1 cup white sugar 3 cups miniature marshmallows 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix 1 cup water 3 large eggs 1/3 cup vegetable oil Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Place chopped rhubarb on bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle sugar evenly over rhubarb; sprinkle marshmallows on top.
