Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 2 eggs 1 cup white sugar ½ cup butter, melted 1 cup mashed bananas ½ teaspoon almond extract 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ cup flaked coconut 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup chopped walnuts ½ cup maraschino cherries, chopped Directions Mix together flour, coconut, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chopped walnuts, and cherries.
