Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 2 tablespoons vegetable oil ¼ cup onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced ¾ cup ketchup ⅓ cup vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¼ (5 ounce) bottle hot pepper sauce 1 (3 pound) chicken, cut into pieces Directions Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic until tender.
