Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped 3 medium onions, finely chopped 1 ½ pounds ground lamb 2 teaspoons ground allspice 1 ½ teaspoons grated lemon zest 2 teaspoons salt ¼ cup butter, softened 1 medium tomato, sliced Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix together the parsley, onions, lamb, allspice, lemon zest, salt and butter until well blended. Use your hands for best results.
