Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup buttermilk 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg ¼ cup vegetable oil ¾ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
