Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings ¼ cup applesauce ¾ cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon baking soda ¾ cup nonfat sour cream 1 cup fresh blueberries Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
