Original recipe (1X) yields 42 servings 1 (15.25 ounce) package mint-flavored, cream-filled sandwich cookies (such as Oreo®) 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 16 ounces dark chocolate chips ½ teaspoon peppermint extract 7 small peppermint candy canes, crushed, or more as needed Directions Put entire bag of cookies in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to a fine crumb consistency.
