Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 tablespoon ground coriander 1 ½ teaspoons mild yellow curry powder 1 teaspoon garam masala ½ teaspoon granulated garlic ½ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper ¾ cup plain yogurt 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves Directions Mix together coriander, curry powder, garam masala, garlic, salt, and pepper in a glass bowl.
