Original recipe (1X) yields 16 servings 1 head iceberg lettuce 1 medium red apple, cored and thinly sliced 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved 1 galia melon, peeled and cut into chunks 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds 1 cup Greek yogurt ½ cup orange juice concentrate, thawed Directions Core, rinse, and thoroughly dry lettuce.
