Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 ¾ cups fresh blueberries

  • 2 cups light cream

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Blend blueberries in a food processor (or mash them really well in a bowl).

  2. Mix cream and condensed milk together in a bowl; mix in blended blueberries.

  3. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

Cook’s Note

I used an ice cream maker, but this can also be done in a bowl left in a freezer that you mix every 20 minutes.
