Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 1 ¾ cups fresh blueberries 2 cups light cream 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk Directions Blend blueberries in a food processor (or mash them really well in a bowl). Mix cream and condensed milk together in a bowl; mix in blended blueberries. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Cook’s Note I used an ice cream maker, but this can also be done in a bowl left in a freezer that you mix every 20 minutes.
