Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 1 cup white sugar 2 large eggs ⅓ cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup fresh cranberries ½ cup pulp-free orange juice 1 ½ tablespoons grated orange zest Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
