Original recipe (1X) yields 48 servings 2 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup white sugar ¾ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature 1 large egg 2 ½ tablespoons molasses 2 ½ tablespoons honey ½ cup turbinado sugar (such as Sugar in the Raw®) Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
