Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), divided 4 ears corn, husks and silks removed Directions Combine 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning in the inner pot of a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Place a steamer rack trivet in the bottom of the pot. Arrange corn on top of the trivet, overlapping or stacking if needed, and sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Close and lock the lid.
