Instant Pot DIY Facial Toner

Apple cider vinegar and thyme are combined to create an all-natural facial toner that targets acne, blemishes, and oily skin for an overall healthier complexion. I've been making this on the stovetop for over 20 years and decided to adapt it for the Instant Pot.
