Homemade Italian cream soda, just like you get at the Italian restaurants! You can use any flavored drink syrup, but I personally prefer raspberry.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 10 fluid ounces club soda

  • 4 fluid ounces heavy cream

  • 4 fluid ounces raspberry syrup

  • 2 cups ice cubes, or as needed

Directions

  1. Combine club soda, heavy cream, and raspberry syrup in a pitcher. Fill 2 tall glasses with ice; pour in cream soda.

Cook's Note:

I have made this recipe for 30 people. It can all be mixed in a punch bowl and people will be coming back for seconds, thirds, and fourths!
