Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 pound bulk Italian sausage 1 large onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 4 medium potatoes, cubed 4 cups chicken broth 4 cups chopped kale 1 cup half-and-half Directions Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function.
