Creamy Ranch Dip

Homemade ranch-style dip made with Almond Breeze almondmilk. Serve with your favorite fresh-cut vegetables. May be prepared several days ahead.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 20 servings

  • ½ cup Original Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almondmilk

  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream

  • 1 (8 ounce) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons snipped fresh chives

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Puree Almond Breeze Almondmilk, sour cream, and cream cheese in a small blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well mixed.

  2. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with vegetables.

Cook's Notes:

Any kind of sour cream and cream cheese works in this recipe: regular or fat-free, dairy or non-dairy.

Feel free to use 2 teaspoons dried chives instead of fresh.
