This creamy horseradish sauce is wonderful to serve with London broil, prime rib, or any cut of beef. We like to use it as a spread on beef sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder

  • teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
