Original recipe (1X) yields 36 servings 5 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds ½ cup cane sugar ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted ¼ cup almond milk ¼ cup almond butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup whole wheat flour ½ cup oats ⅓ cup shredded coconut 3 tablespoons cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup vegan chocolate chips Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix water and flax seeds together in a bowl. Mix cane sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, almond butter, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Mix flour, oats, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Stir in sugar mixture, flax seed mixture, and chocolate chips.
