Original recipe (1X) yields 48 servings 1 cup canola oil 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg 4 cups rolled oats 1 cup raisins Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
