This snow ice cream is very easy to make. I have fond memories of my mom making this for us when I was a child. Now I get to make it for my 3-year-old.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 gallon clean snow

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups milk

Directions

  1. When it starts to snow, place a large, clean bowl outside to collect flakes.

  2. When the bowl is full, mix in sugar and vanilla. Stir in just enough milk for desired consistency. Serve at once.
