Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar, or as needed

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Microwave coconut oil until melted, 30 to 45 seconds.

  2. Beat coconut oil, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl with a hand mixer until desired consistency is reached.

Recipe Tip

You can use either refined or unrefined coconut oil. If you want a richer flavor but still want a coconutty taste, use half butter and half coconut oil.
