Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ cup butter, softened ½ cup peanut butter ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 cup quick-cooking oats ½ cup shredded coconut ½ cup chocolate chips Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
