Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 1 large red bell pepper, diced ½ red onion, diced ½ cup sour cream ½ cup jalapeno-flavored cream cheese 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix ½ teaspoon salt 1 (14 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained ¼ cup hot water 1 tablespoon ground cumin 6 flour tortillas 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa, or to taste ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
