Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings cooking spray 1 cup chopped pecans 12 whole graham crackers 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar ¾ cup butter, melted 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon kosher salt Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray. Arrange pecans in a single layer in a shallow pan.
