Original recipe (1X) yields 30 servings 1 cup butter, softened 2 cups packed brown sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ½ teaspoon almond extract 3 cups quick-cooking oats 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ cup sliced almonds 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt Filling: 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 2 tablespoons butter ½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ½ teaspoon almond extract Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Beat 1 cup butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Stir in eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract; mix well.
