Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree 4 eggs ½ cup unsalted butter, melted 1 ½ cups low-fat buttermilk 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar 2 cups white whole wheat flour 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 ½ teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon ground cloves ¼ teaspoon ground ginger ⅔ cup raisins ⅔ cup pumpkin seeds 1 tablespoon raw sugar for sprinkling on top (Optional) Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
