Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 3 thick slices bacon 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour ¾ cup milk 18 shucked oysters, drained with liquid reserved 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning 2 (9 inch) unbaked 9 inch pie crusts Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
