Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 cup elbow macaroni ¼ cup milk 1 (20 ounce) package frozen macaroni and cheese ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Directions Preheat oven broiler. Grease a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe dish. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
