Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles 4 cups ricotta cheese 4 eggs ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Directions Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
