Pomacello Martini

With the popularity of pomegranate juice being used in cocktails, I came up with a variation of a pomegranate martini using some limoncello we got from Sorrento, Italy. It's a tasty drink!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 3 fluid ounces pomegranate juice

  • 1 fluid ounce limoncello liqueur

  • 1 ½ fluid ounces vodka

  • 1 slice fresh lemon

Directions

  1. Pour the pomegranate juice, limoncello, and vodka into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a slice of lemon.
