Not a bad base recipe. Instead of cooking sherry, I used Mirin (Japanese cooking wine) which seemed to work well. Also, I used frozen broccoli florets. Add some sriracha if you want a little heat. Could use more flavor though, even though I more than doubled the amount of ginger and garlic. Don't be shy with those ingredients.

A keeper! Great flavors Easy to follow Worth the effort Family favorite
Best beef and broccoli recipe I’ve tried so far - and I’ve tried probably 10 different recipes at this point. Was my wife’s favourite as well. I think I’m going to settle on this recipe at THE beef and broccoli recipe for our house.

this was so salty i couldn’t eat it. Had to throw it all out. 1/3 C of oyster sauce is way too much i guess. I followed the recipe exactly.

Great flavors A keeper!
I did not have pine nuts so I used walnuts instead. My pesto came out pretty thick. I did pack in the spinach and basil leaves. Next time I will not pack the leaves in the measuring cup so tightly or I will add some more olive oil to get a better consistency

Great flavors
Followed the recipe with the addition of 2 additional Tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 cup additional low sodium soy sauce and 1/8 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder. I leftthe ginger & garlic minced in the pan with the beef. I also used 2 packages frozen stir fry vegetable blend instead offresh broccoli which required additional corn starch because of extra liquid.Great flavor
