Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons chopped onion 4 (3.5 ounce) links Italian sausage, sliced 8 cups chicken stock 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon dried basil ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley ⅔ cup uncooked white rice ½ cup heavy cream Directions Gather all ingredients.
