Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings ½ cup butter, divided 2 teaspoons minced garlic, divided 3 tomatoes, cubed 4 ounces fresh basil, chopped 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Melt 1/4 cup butter with 1 teaspoon garlic in a medium pot over medium-low heat. Stir in tomatoes, basil, and lime juice. Just before mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to low.
