Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 2 tablespoons vegetable oil ½ cup chopped onion 4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops ½ teaspoon salt ground black pepper to taste 2 apples - peeled, cored and sliced ¾ cup hot water 2 tablespoons brown sugar ½ teaspoon ground mustard ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
