Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 (3 ounce) package watermelon-flavored Jell-O

  • ¼ cup hot water

  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 2 cups diced watermelon

  • 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Combine Jell-O and hot water in a large bowl; stir until dissolved and cool, 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. Fold dessert topping and diced watermelon into gelatin mixture. Pour mixture into the prepared crust. Cool in the refrigerator until set, about 3 to 4 hours.
