Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 ½ cups flaked coconut

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

  2. Mix coconut and butter together in a bowl until well combined. Press mixture into an 8- or 9-inch pie plate.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 15 minutes.
