Original recipe (1X) yields 24 servings 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup white sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup butter, softened 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups rolled oats 2 cups flaked coconut Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
