Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • ¾ cup sliced celery

  • cup dried sweet cherries

  • cup frozen green peas, thawed

  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans, toasted

  • 1 ½ tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise

  • 1 ½ tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt

  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • teaspoon salt

  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the celery, cherries, peas, parsley and pecans. Stir in the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
