Pistachio Milk

This creamy pistachio milk is easy to make with a high powered blender and a long soak. I add a teaspoon of vanilla when I use this milk for smoothies or for coffee drinks.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 cup unsalted shelled pistachios

  • 4 cups filtered water

Directions

  1. Add pistachios to a large bowl with enough water to cover. Soak overnight; drain.

  2. Place pistachios and 4 cups filtered water in a high powered blender, such as a Vitamix®. Blend until smooth and creamy.
