Pistachio Butter

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1/2 cup dry roasted pistachios

  • 2 teaspoons pistachio oil

Directions

  1. Pour pistachios into the jar of a high powered blender, such as a Vitamix. Cover and blend on High for about 45 seconds; it will resemble a coarse meal. Drizzle in pistachio oil; blend until smooth. Season with salt.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
