Reese's Has a New Candy Coming to Stores

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup fans, your cup runneth over lately. There are so many innovations based off of the OG peanut butter cup that it’s hard to keep up. 

The brand sometimes offers “Direct from the Factory” Reese’s products, and it just released its Reeses’s Peanut Butter Eggs in advance of spring and Easter. Fans—who are known to get a bit zealous over their favorite peanut butter and chocolate combo—are buying several boxes at once. Nothing Bundt Cakes recently created a collaboration with the classic candy and is currently selling a Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter cake.

Late last year, Reese’s Caramel Big Cup started showing up in stores, and the good people at Reese’s also announced a new cereal, Reese’s Puffs Peanut Butter Lovers, an all-peanut butter version of the cereal that’s traditionally chocolate and peanut butter. 

Now, Reese’s Miniatures—those one-bite wonders that somehow make us feel as if 10 is somehow eating less candy than one full size—have a never-released-before variety.

Reese’s Brand-New Crunchy Peanuts Miniatures Peanut Butter Cups

There have been varieties of Reese’s with something crunchy in the middle before. In 2017, the brand released Crunchy Cookie Cups, and they’re still available. It also has a Crunchy Peanut Candy Bar—deviating from the standard cup form. There are also Reese’s filled with pretzel pieces. But never before have Reese’s Miniatures been infiltrated by peanuts, and we’re here for it.

The new Reese’s Crunchy Peanuts Miniatures Peanut Butter Cups (that’s an awful long name for such a small candy) are “creamy, crunchy and positively delicious” as the Reese’s webpage says. The pop-in-your-mouth crunchy cups come in a 9.6-ounce bag and join the lineup of miniatures that include the originals plus White Cream Butter Cups and versions that are stuffed with Reese’s Pieces or Reese’s Puff Cereal. 

There's no official word on when these new minis will hit shelves, but since they're already on the brand's website, we expect you won't have to wait too long. Oh yeah, it’s a good time to be a Reese’s Peanut Cup fan.
