Krispy Kreme Is Giving Away Free Doughnuts This Week

We’re beginning to think that there’s nothing Krispy Kreme loves more than giving away their delicious glazed doughnuts. So far this year, the bakery has given away a free dozen doughnuts to graduates, a free doughnut on National Doughnut Day, and a free doughnut on the Fourth of July to anyone wearing red, white, and blue.

Now, the brand is poised to turn losers into winners by offering a free original glazed doughnut to those who take a chance in Friday's $1.25 billion Mega Millions lottery (August 4), plus anyone who has played any lottery recently, by extending its Mega Glaze Days deal.

Krispy Kreme says there are “a billion reasons we love” our fans so much so this week, “we want them all to win some ‘dough,’” even if they don’t win a penny of the big jackpot.

How Lottery Losers Can Get Their Free Krispy Kreme Doughnut

Simply show a valid lottery ticket on Friday, August 4 or Saturday, August 5 at participating Krispy Kreme locations to receive one (and only one) free glazed doughnut, while supplies last. 

The ticket can be from the upcoming big drawing on Friday night (August 4) or a losing ticket from any lottery.

So technically, you don’t have to wait to see if you win or lose the big Mega Millions Friday night to get your free doughnut. You could get your free doughnut Friday morning, win the lottery that night, and be a double winner.
