It’s time to start making your gift lists, and that can be a bit stressful if you have a long list and a small budget. Homemade food gifts are often inexpensive to give and usually appreciated by those who receive them. However, not everyone has the time or the inclination to bake up batches of cookies or the forethought to start a jar of homemade limoncello two months ahead of time.

Costco has the perfect solution. Whether you're running to Costco to stock up on Peppermint Bark or the bakery's popular Pumpkin Pie, grab this practical gift the next time you're there and put a checkmark next to several of the names on your gift list.

Ghirardelli Cast Iron Skillet Brownie Baking Kits

Instagram user @costcohotfinds recently shared a video of Costco's latest find, which are these adorable miniature cast iron skillet baking kits that come with Ghirardelli brownie mix and a Ghirardelli chocolate square. Each package comes with four individual skillets with a blue ribbon tied around each one. That makes four separate gifts that can be checked off your list—or three, if you're cheeky and keep one for yourself.

“That’s too cute!! Perfect gifts for the office. Thank you for sharing,” one commenter smartly observed. This is indeed a great gift for coworkers, teammates, family members, or as others suggested, for teachers as well.

While it's hard to tell what the quality of the skillets will be, they are cast iron, reusable, and incredibly budget-friendly. A 4-pack of these goes for $19, which comes out to under $5 per gift, and it’s pretty rare to find such a useful gift in that price range these days.

What do you do once the brownie mix is used? We have plenty of skillet cookie and skillet dessert recipes that you can scale down to make more delicious treats in the mini cast iron pan. Perhaps handwrite one of them out and attach it to the cast iron so your recipients can reuse their gift for years to come.
