The flavor of this is amazing! It did get a little thick for me so I added a bit more cream and some chicken broth to thin it out. We served it over spaetzle for a wonderful dinner!

This was an excellent rich chocolate frosting. I did have to add a bit more milk to thin it out a bit but overall it was a nice texture and taste. I used it to fill some macarons I had made.

This was a fabulous caramel frosting for a drizzle on an apple cake I whipped up. I used heavy cream to give it the richness for the caramel flavor I was looking for. The amount made wouldn't be enough for an entire cake but it was perfect for the drizzle I needed.

I liked the simpleness of this recipe but its not perfect. The water needs to be cut down some or it's really runny. Also I added a bit more spice for my liking and added a touch of vanilla. It's a great treat to have in the freezer to use for pie or to top waffles, pancakes, or ice cream.

We enjoyed this recipe but I did find it to be a little lacking in flavor. Also I think the cooking time was off for me. The outside was very done before the inside was cooked fully. I topped this with a caramel frosting glaze. Overall it was enjoyed but could be tweaked a bit for our liking.

We really enjoyed these! This recipe will be on regular rotation for us. I will add that we put more garlic and salt in than suggested and we were happy with the outcome. The flavors all melded really well and the texture was great. I will be recruiting a kid or two to help fold the dumplings since they take a bit.

I absolutely loved this combination! A little bit of sweet and spicy with the fresh arugula and the smoothness of the avocado balanced out with the crisp has brown. fabulous and very gourmet but super quick. This will be a regular at our house and can't wait to try out some other combinations.

I didn't have the highest expectations for this dish, wow was I wrong! These are so yummy and easy to make! I loved how the seeds roasted with the squash and you could consume all of it. The squash was sweet but balanced with the seasonings. This is going on a repeat for me.

This is a great way to do a batch of these for a group. I froze the extras for kids to do a grab and go breakfast as they are running out to the bus. These will be a regular batch cooking for our house.

Unfortunately as I went to make this I realized we were out of the tequila the recipe called for so I substituted mezcal in. I love the smoky flavor with the sweet pineapple! This was a happy accident for my house and we will be making these on a regular basis. It was a very balanced cocktail and so fun with a side of chips and salsa.

This is a solid pumpkin pie! It's easy, it's going to turn out, and it's loved. I do double the spices because we like it a bit more flavorful on the spice part.

The directions weren't as clear as I thought they could have been. The taste of these was good but when I make them again I will add more of the cheese topping to coat. Overall these were a hit and will be making again.
