Loved the little taste of lemon in this. Very easy to make, just prep and into the oven it goes. Used thighs instead of breasts as this is what we prefer. We had a cooler and more overcast day today and this really hit the spot. Will definitely be making this again. Helpful (0) Italian Portuguese Meat Loaf Fusion 07/10/2015 This was absolutely delicious. A real change from "regular" meatloaf. I followed the recipe exactly and used Johnsonville Chorizo. This is a fairly firm chorizo so I broke it up and swirled it in my food processor for a few seconds. Mixed other ingredients in and baked. Wow this was great. Will definitely make again. Thanks so much for the recipe Helpful (3) Sous Vide Cauliflower 07/07/2015 I really liked this dish. The cauliflower was the perfect texture for me, however, I would have liked more of the flavor of the sauce. Next time I will double the ingredients other than the cauliflower. If you are cooking other veggies, this would be a nice accompaniment when using up space in your sous vide cooker.
