I made it as directed but the oven bake time overcooked the Parmesan and made some of the butter separate. I would definitely make this again. I would at 4oz. Softened cream cheese and cook for half the time in the oven. Still tasted great as written but would be unrivaled with these changes.

Easy go to breakfast recipe if you think of it a day in advance. It’s so filling! We tend to not eat the entire amount when we make these.

This recipe is AMAZING. I’ve never had Butter Chicken this good. My best friend immigrated from India. Her father owned an Indian restaurant and cooked for me when I stayed over. The food was amazing and still the best I’ve had of Indian cuisine but don’t tell him this butter chicken recipe beat his recipe!! I add mixed veggies or chickpeas when I want to make this without a side dish.
