Great flavors Easy to follow
I made a double batch, thankfully. The flavors blend perfectly. I used a masher at the end to even out the consistency. Super easy to make in a short period of time.

Easy to follow Family favorite Great flavors A keeper!
This recipe is so easy to make and it tastes amazing after it is done. I used it to make iced tea, and it tasted so good.

People don't think they will like pickled blueberries but they are always a hit. We end up giving away a lot of our stash - making a double batch this year! The blueberries sat for 12 hours in the vinegar solution and were pretty mushy. It may have been my blueberries - they were picked yesterday and were on the small side but not super ripe which I thought would allow them to stay solid. I was able to fill 6 half pint jars with berries 2/3 full. Added the syrup to bring them to full and still had a lot of syrup left so I filled 2 more jars with fresh blueberries and added the remaining syrup. They should stay whole and be prettier - anxious to see how they taste.
